Who Am I
Hello, my name is Judith Vandenberg. I am a mother of 2 daughters and I live and work in the city of Maple Ridge British Columbia. I work as a professional Realtor and a Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist with Royal LePage Brookside Realty. When I am not selling homes or chasing after my 2 daughters, I find peace in nature. I love to hike and dabble in photography. You know what they say, “Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it” I see beauty through a camera lens and there is nothing more beautiful than nature.
What do I do
Now, let's talk more about what I do and how I got started. I grew up in Delta with 2 hard-working parents and 4 older brothers who are all entrepreneurs. My father was a Real Estate Investor, who bought and sold land and rental properties and built several of our family homes. At a young age, I loved helping my father with the odds and ends of house construction such as tiling, painting, etc. At the age of 24, I joined the family tradition of entrepreneurship and went on to be the owner and operator of 3 successful businesses including flipping residential houses. My passion for Real Estate and working for myself continued. My fascination for real estate lead me on a journey and I started my career as a Realtor. I was six months pregnant when I wrote and passed my Real Estate exam. My dreams came true in 2011, I became a mother for the first time and started my career as a Realtor. It was a challenging time but who doesn't like a challenge? In 2016 my career shifted once again when my marriage ended and so the saying goes "If life gives you lemons you make lemonade". Right? I became the first Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist in B.C. and never looked back!
